The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ovoserve website and all services provided by Ovoserve. By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Content Restrictions

Ovoserve reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Our services must be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: copyright infringement, spamming, hosting malware or phishing sites, denial of service attacks, and hosting adult or child exploitation materials. Any violation will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

2. Billing and Payments

Invoices are expected to be paid by the due date specified on the invoice. If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, the service will be suspended until full payment is received. If the invoice remains unpaid for 30 days after the due date, the service will be permanently terminated and all associated data will be deleted from our servers.

3. Backups

For Shared hosting plans, we perform weekly backups of user data. However, we recommend that you regularly back up your data independently. For VPS and Dedicated servers, data backup is solely the customer's responsibility. Ovoserve does not perform automatic backups for these environments.

4. Domain Registration & Renewals

Once a domain is registered or renewed, no refund is applicable. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely renewal of their domains. Ovoserve is not liable for any failure or delay in domain renewal.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for Shared Hosting and VPS plans. Dedicated Servers and Domain Registrations are non-refundable. Any violation of our Acceptable Use Policy will result in the denial of a refund request.

6. Uptime Guarantee

We strive to maintain a high level of uptime for our services. Any service interruptions or downtime caused by scheduled maintenance or events beyond our reasonable control will not count towards the uptime guarantee.
