Terms of Service

By purchasing and using hosting services from OvoServe, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our infrastructure.

1. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our services must be used for lawful purposes only. You agree NOT to use OvoServe servers to:

  • Host, distribute, or link to child pornography or illegal content.
  • Engage in spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited bulk emails.
  • Host malware, botnets, or engage in DDoS attacks.
  • Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

Violation of our AUP will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

2. Billing and Payments

All services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.) as selected during checkout.

  • Invoices are generated before the due date. Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension.
  • If an invoice remains unpaid after the grace period, the service and all associated data will be permanently terminated.
  • OvoServe reserves the right to change prices with prior notice to active clients.

3. Backups and Data Loss

While we provide automated backups for certain shared hosting plans, your use of the service is at your sole risk. OvoServe is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on OvoServe servers.

4. Uptime Guarantee

OvoServe strives to maintain a 99.9% network and server uptime service level. This guarantee does not apply to scheduled maintenance, DDoS attacks, or user-induced errors.

5. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your services at any time via the Client Portal. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the generation of the next invoice. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless covered by a specific Money-Back Guarantee.

6. Changes to Terms

OvoServe reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
